On an earlier version of this website, I had started accumulating some personal stories and biographies of my ancestors. I’ve added a page for this purpose, which I’ll add to over time.
The first tale is that of my maternal grandfather, John McHugh. He’s the son of Irish immigrants, the man who played so many roles in our family, and whose presence is still felt by so many of us, even though he’s been gone for over 30 years.
